We arrive at the site with all the specialized equipment to perform the installation. Once the crane is placed, we make the coupling of the pump with the motor, apply the waterproof wiring tie, and then install the pump, then the tubing, along with the cable, until we reach the discharge head. Once all this is done, we start the equipment for the first time to ensure that everything is working correctly. We verify rotation, water flow, electrical values, ​​and dynamic level.

It helps to identify the amount of water produced by the well as well as the depth of its drawdown. We do this by pumping at a controlled speed for 24, 48 or 72 hours. At the end we deliver the tabulated and graphed results.

To have real and certain information on the conditions of a well, video inspection with a specialized camera is necessary, which will allow us to evaluate and identify problems in its structure, such as collapses of different kinds and we can even observe if the grooves in the ADEME (casing) are clogged with embeddings formed by minerals inside and we can determine the static water level (water surface).

We install the control panel, then we install the protections for both the well and the final point. Then we will install filling valves (if necessary) and finally, we perform the equipment tests and begin the start-up.

We insert the equipment in the control room, then we do the power supply wiring (on the switch and motor pump side). We install a pressure sensor (depending on the variable that you want to control). Then we program the frequency converter to your needs and then we finish by performing functional tests and the start-up.

We install the equipment to re-pump clean water or wastewater, then we automate it through a control board, where level “pears” are used as protection and automation. Finally, we perform tests and start the equipment.

Protection and retrieval of equipment

We uninstalled the pumping equipment and then made a video recording to inspect the conditions of the well. Subsequently, we identify the damaged areas and proceed to repair them by means of a casing protection. This process lasts 3 days (depending on the meters to be repaired). We make a video recording again to ensure the optimal repair of the water well. The procedure is completed by installing the pumping equipment and begin start-up.

Disinfection

Disinfection is an important stage within the water treatment process. It helps in the effective destruction of pathogenic microorganisms. It is not toxic for humans or pets (at the used doses), it is non-toxic for aquatic and plant species (at the used doses); it produces ease and safety in storage, transportation and operation, stability over time for the active substance, an easy and reproducible analysis of concentration in water; it provides residual protection in the water during distribution (stability of the residual for hours/days), it eliminates biofilms from the tubing (at the used doses).

We verify the following factors that may affect this procedure:

  • Biolayers in the tubing: impact on the ability of disinfection and cross-contamination of product biolayers.
  • Corrosion inside the layer.
  • Chemical composition of water: it could be organic matter (natural or microorganisms) or inorganic matter (iron, magnesium, nitrates, arsenic). Disinfection can be applied through these systems: physical: radiation, UV, ultrafiltration; chemical: ozone, chlorine gas, sodium hypochlorite, chlorine dioxide.

Restoration of wells

We perform a video evaluation and then apply chemicals for deep cleaning of the well (descaling of rust and scale from the ADEME (casing) pipe). Continuing with the vertical brushing of the well installations, we uncover the well veins and finally we "spoon" all the dirt found at the bottom of the water well. We deliver the results and video recording.

We evaluate the terrain through geological studies carried out by experts in the field. This geothermal mapping allows us to know the depth at which the water tributary is located. We determine the best location to make the perforation of the water well and then we make the perforation using the most advanced equipment according to the type of terrain material. Once done, we apply the ADEME (casing) and gravel. Finally, we generate a video recording of the facilities.
